the location was great near the lake. the hotel had beautiful grounds. my room was spacious with a grand room lake view. i found the bed sheets to be clean.
i found the room to be cold in the mornings because the heating was not on. there seemed to be a lack of staff. i was charged unexpectedly for something i thought was complimentary.
